All the beaded shoes you order from Colourbeads.com are Made-To-Order, as they are fully hand-made. You will receive a confirmation order through email as soon as you've place your order and made the payment. Your shoes will be start producing as soon as we received your payment.

Once again, please note that our handmade beaded shoes will be produce (made-to-order) once you have place your order & after we have received your payment. It generally takes between 2 to 4 months (it should not take more than 4 months) to produce the shoes. And will be post to you within 1-3 weeks depend on your location, for eg. Singapore will be within 14 working days. For the full shipping time please check the table below.
The parcel will be shipped from our location - Melaka (Malacca) Malaysia, 2 to 3 weeks after handmade.
We use local PRIORITY MAIL - CITY-LINK courier service for orders within Malaysia and Singapore. Other countries we use POS LAJU MALAYSIA courier service. We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped by whatsapp or email. When the shipments are on its way, we will give you a tracking number from CITY-LINK or POST LAJU for your reference. We will keep in touch with you until the order arrives safely.
However we wish to inform that it does not guarantee the exact timing as holidays differs in each countries or deliveries cannot be made on time due to external factors (flood, etc). Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures.
Most countries do not charge taxes or duties on single items shipped to individuals. However, you will be responsible for any duties or taxes imposed due to your country's shipping regulations if they do occur so you might want to check that out.
Non refundable Policy
Items on sale or items in the value range of below $30USD are non-returnable. These items are marked "non-returnable" in the website. Colourbeads.com will not entertain any request for a replacement due to error in sizes. Please make sure you indicate the correct size or measurement when placing your order.
Colourbeads.com will only entertain exchanges if the goods ordered are damaged or mishandled due to poor packaging, please inform us within 24 hours period, and return to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it, we will replace your order.
HOWEVER: WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUESTS FOR A REPLACEMENT DUE TO ERROR IN SIZES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INDICATE THE CORRECT SIZES OR MEASUREMENTS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE MADE SURE THAT THE RECEIPT IS NOT LOST OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
